Can I Customize My Own Charcuterie Board?

Only customizations that are allowed will be for allergies, vegan and vegetarian diet request; as well as for extra add-ons and color themes. We do our utmost to create our clients charcuterie boxes in a way that will always be appetizing and pleasing according seasonal and available items at the time of purchase.

Can You Deliver Anywhere in the United States?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver anywhere in the United States. We only deliver in the local Richmond, Virginia area upon request and it must be within a 30 mile radius.

Are Pick-Ups Available?

Absolutely! Pick-Up's are always available for our customers. We require a time and date for when you will need you charcuterie box ready for pick-up.

We take great pride in the quality of our charcuterie boxes. Our products are made from seasonal  and best quality ingredients available to us and prepared with care. Our charcuterie boxes are made in house, using ServeSafe knowledge, and certification to always insure sufficient food and safety in order to protect the public from foodborne illnesses. We put our heart and soul into the artistic part of creating and delivering an amazing product for our clients to enjoy.

What Is Your Refund & Return Policy?

All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be allowed. If there is a problem with your order please reach out to us directly via email so that we can work through a potential resolution.

How Long Should A Charcuterie Box Sit Out Before Serving?

Accepted Answer

Charcuterie meats and cheeses have the most flavor when served at room temperature. We wouldn't recommend leaving it out too long, but we don't think you will have that problem once your guest get their hands on it.

* We recommend that all food especially meats be handled with proper care.

How Long Is A Charcuterie Box Good For in the Fridge?

Accepted Answer

Charcuterie boxes are always at their freshest on the day that it is created. But within 24-48 at best is acceptable. If you choose at your own will to leave in the fridge please understand that the texture of some of the products (particularly crackers, bread, popcorn, cookies and chips) may change. We do not recommend anything beyond 2 days.

* Please note that all boxes and creations are perishable and require refrigeration.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of event date. If cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours of delivery or pick-up date we will refund 50% of total order.
